Wildlife enthusiasts can revel in the sea bird and mammal activity from the comfort of the large window seats looking across the sea-loch.

Bring your binoculars to get a close-up of the otters, seals, oyster catchers, cormorants and occasional bottle-nosed dolphin among the many other species who share the untamed environment.

 

Fishermen may take advantage of the fantastic sea fishing in front of the house.

Kayakers and canoeists are also welcome to make the most of the sea loch.

A natural inlet at the bottom of the garden provides the perfect entrance to the crystal clear water.
